- RSRachel StrimpelDec 20, 20251.0I will not be coming to this office again. I will take my packages in town instead. The customer service lady was not nice and very snappy. Very disappointed in the services as I was trying to get a package out to my brother who is serving our country over seas.

She informed me that they closed at noon even though they actually close at 1. She proceeds to tell me “next time don’t come in here without the packages taped.” She huffed and puffed the whole encounter and was swearing. Very poor customer service. I will not be coming here again.
