I’ve had 3 packages stolen and labeled “Delivered” all 3 from Topps.com all 3 Redemptions, The Supervisor basically told me to bad to sad, literally explained that there’s nothing I can do as the victim of the theft, but also that nobody else will care either, this kind of Lack of Accountability and Denial of all Liablity makes this office look real real Sketchy, avoid the larger then life rude supervisor, whose smug and laughing at me demeanor leads me to suspect that theft there is Nornal, Accepted, and Supported, Use any Carrier besides this Trash Heap
