I have to go a few times a week to drop off packages. I need them scanned and I need the receipt. The way clerk #32 treats me is unacceptable, she acts like it’s a problem for her to have to take 1-2 minutes to scan in my packages. She told me she “ I ain’t got all day to be scanning in my packages “ and “ maybe I ain’t the one for this job”. Like who talks to a customer like that. She makes me feel so uncomfortable but honey I will continue to go get my packages scanned in, sorry that actually requires a minute or two of work…. If you encounter rudeness and attitude, go to usps website and file an employee complaint. Maybe someone will care about customer service and make some changes to that location.

I hate going to this location. The way the employees treat customers is so ridiculous. I don’t understand how they even have jobs dealing with customers. They are mean and talk crap to and about customers.

You call and call and no one picks up the phone the one time I was able to finally talk to someone after 3 hours of trying to get ahold of someone I had an alert on my tracking saying the letter carrier isn't delivering package because he didn't recognize the person at that address even though I've been getting mail and packages to my address since June person on phone said he would call letter carrier and get them to come back and deliver package I said thank you and hung up later that evening noticed it still wasn't delivered called back again took FOREVER to have someone answer the phone same guy answered said yes he talked to his letter carrier and he is bringing back the package it is now the next day and still no package and can get anyone to answer phone again called other post office and they said they have a hard time themeselve even getting anyone to answer the phone there it's really unprofessional and wrong to do this to people just trying to get there nail and packages that they paid for

Today's visit made me thankful I only need to go to the post office every few years. The service and staff were so slow, I was looking for the 'candid camera' crew. The entire process was distopian. I was in there 1.5 hours to send a document to the UK. The level of incompetence I experienced here was quite possible the worse I have witnessed anywhere. If at all possible, go to another post office.
