- SSSamuel Thomas (Suaren)2 days ago1.0If I could give them 0 stars I would. I go to drop off a package and the wait is consistently 45 + minutes. I call them to try to get someone up to the front and they hang up on you
- KFKristen FoleyFeb 23, 20261.0The lady at the counter told me I needed to add 2 codes to my package. When I asked what she meant she walked away while I was talking and came back with a picture of a hazard symbol. She told me that I need to add 2 codes with that picture. When I asked where to find them she said, "I don't know, Google it" and walked off. When she came back I asked again why she couldn't use a sticker showing hazardous like all other post offices and she just repeated herself to find the codes and put them on my package. I said thank you before walking away and she said nothing. I went to the UPS store instead of dealing with these people again. Will never go back. Too many people need jobs to allow this kind of customer service to exist.

Reading all the reviews and seeing how many people were treated the same way, you think they would make a change. Years ago, this was an amazing job to have and people were grateful to have this job, now they apparently hire anyone off the streets that have no people skills and are extremely rude!!! Do better Muskegon!!! Smh.
