THE NEXT DAY, AM OF MORNING CHECKED IT HADNT CHANGED, SO MADE MY PLANS MADE SURE I WOULD BE HOME AT THE TIME FRAME THEY GAVE IT WAS A 4HR WINDOW, ARRIVED HOME IN PLENTY OF TIME ONLY TO FIND DOOR NOTE SAYING THEY WERE HERE AND I MISSED THEM, THEY WOULD NOW DELIVER THE NEXT DAY BY THE END IF THE DAY, WELL HERE IT IS 7:15 AT NITE STILL NO ARRIVAL, SO I COULDNT LEAVE THE HOUSE TO MAKE SURE I WOULDNT MISS THEM SINCE THEY GAVE NO TIME FRAME! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I AM SO UPSET WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE, ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL, NO ONE COULD GIVE ME A REASON OR CLUE AS TO HOW THIS HAPPENED AND THEN COULDNT GIVE ME AN IDEA WHEN DELIVERY WOULD COME JUST BY THE END OF THE DAY!!! SO I GUESS IT COULD BE MIDNIGHT!! RIDICULOUS!! SO NOW ITS ANOTHER DAY NOW I HAVE RECIEVED A NEW 4 HR WINDOW FOR THIS DAY, 10:10 TO 2:10 SHOULD I BELIEVE THIS OR WILL IT BE EARLIER OR LATER?? THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!! ANOTHER DAY WHERE MUST STAY PUT SO I GET MY DELIVERY!!!
