Was in here on Friday 2/13/26 and there was one poor soul working cash register while there were 6 people in line and 4 other people waiting to do UPS returns and I noticed 2 other workers chatting in the back. I waited about 7 minutes and nobody else came to help so I walked out of the store because I did not have more time to waste. I attempted to return on Sunday 2/15/26 at a bit after 5pm (5:15pm) because your website stated you are open and the store was closed at about 5pm. Very frustrating. I believe I will take my business elsewhere.

Just spent 10 minutes walking around looking for someone to help me, just for them to direct me to wait another 10 minutes for someone else who also doesn't want to work. If you want to go find something yourself, they'll think about ringing you up. I've never seen such worthless employees in my entire life. 3 people in the entire store, but no one can help The store also doesn't look like it's been stocked since 2017. Staples as a company should be ashamed. Stay home and watch grass grow, at least no one else will be wasting your time
