- ABAndrew BakerMar 30, 20261.0This is a horribly ran location. 4/5 of the last packages I’ve had have had an issue. One was lost, one was sent back, one was sent to a different state after arriving in town and if by pure luck you do get one delivered there is no telling where they’ll actually put it. If you live in an apartment they might leave it in the office, leave it in a common area. Or just throw it next to the building. Text tracking also doesn’t work at all anymore.

Been getting deliveries all week from temu but somehow my package had 2 tracking numbers and decided to send it back claiming they can’t pick and choose who to give the package to according to there being 2 tracking numbers yet you chose to send it back when clearly ordering something from Temu or wherever goes to the customer!! Let alone my delivery drive broke my package the day before as well as was too good to bring a big box upstairs to my door not too long ago.

What he was saying wasn't true as an sec of state employee we tell customers to make sure they go and change it with the office very unprofessional never know who's in your lobby real sad

Really hope people realize the things we order aren’t cheap and should be handled with care. It’s pathetic how 90% of the things I order aren’t treated like trash to be thrown around
