Almost all of my mail arrives damaged and sometimes straight up ripped open, they have lost multiple pieces of mail including cards from family and a letter that had a check that had to be voided, they frequently deliver other peoples’ mail to me that I have to walk over to the right unit or put back in the mail if it’s to someone in a different complex, and they have also delivered my mail to the wrong people before either. It is honestly really stressful not having reliable mail.
