I came in there to update the change of address and she informed me that is expired and i inform her that I just got the documentation this week and it was sent out on March 24th and today is April 11th. She informed me that is expired and that I had to refill out another change of address form. I inform her that I wasn't filling it out. And she didn't even bat an eye, and I looked at the date, and it hasn't been 20 days past, so she didn't even know how to count. This was very at inconvenience of my time. And someone needs to inform her how to properly do her job since she'd been working so fast. And because she threw my documents away, I can't even update the change of address.This is a very inconvenience of my time and she's very inconsiderate of other people's times since she wants to rush everyone else. And I believe the lead or supervisor was there when she said it and took my documents and proceeded to throw them away.

- CMChris mcewanMar 12, 20261.0Passport appointment made, then as she is helping with the appointment, she says I am going to take my 15 minute break and walks away. It is amazing the people they hire. Don't go to the Mount Clemens post office, go elsewhere and hope for better employees.
