- AAadam AstrauckasFeb 17, 20262.0the customer service is decent (usually cordial at best, which is ok, im not trying to make small talk or friends) in my experience. despite the vestibule being open and there being a place to drop parcels off after hours, the parcel drop box is always jammed so you can't drop items in it. But the very worst thing is the fact all the employees park in the customer parking on the side of the building, leaving maybe a few handicap spots open and at most 2 customer spots open at any point in time. It's beyond frustrating to see the same cars parked day in and day out (often in the same spots), knowing they're parking where customers are supposed to park. I guess there's no employee parking? If only there was a large gated area behind the building where they could park... If you come here on your lunch, get ready to either do laps, park in another parking lot, pray there is a spot open in the front and that you know how to parallel park. It really is ridiculous they let employees park there.
