Some issues with a package of mine but she did everything she could to give me the information I needed, and she was insanely friendly. Reassured me that I can check in anytime with them. Her amazing customer service was an excellent and appreciated start to my day. This isn’t the first time they’ve assisted me with an issue politely and quickly. That post office should hang out to Vicki and that woman deserves top pay!

When I drop off my prepaid packages, even if I get a receipt, it shows it was never received on the USPS tracking end. How can I miraculously disappear and never leave the post office unless an employee is stealing them?!! I’ve never had this problem with any other post office.
