- JSJeremy Somers3 days ago5.0I had a really positive experience at the Monroe post office on Front Street today. The staff took the time to actually listen to my situation and help me work through it instead of rushing me or brushing me off. Everyone I interacted with was patient, respectful, and genuinely helpful, which made a stressful situation a lot easier. You don’t always expect that level of care at a busy post office, but they delivered it today. Big thank you to the team there — it was noticed and appreciated.
