They took extra time to make sure my separate orders being returned to Amazon were done properly access gave me my refund shipping receipt. The nice Lady that helped me was really cool and was making nice small talk with my 6 year old nephew. Anyways, would highly recommend if you need a UPS drop off location, access point fire picking up missed deliveries, or for getting served papers and other things like that noterized for about $10-$15 iirc.

I was told "they like it in a bag or box", it was in a box, there was a long line so I didn't get confrontational, but who is "they" and "like it" in an additional box, or it's required? Seems exceptionally shady. Always choose a Kohls or Staples return if available.

I went to go say thank you i’ll call back in a few days and they cut me off and left me standing there for 5 min by myself where another team member came in and helped.
