- DDDraco DrouillardFeb 15, 20251.0The staff inside the post office are amazing and I have no complaints about them however the delivery driver is another problem. I live on N Mt Tom Rd and I've now had to replace 2 mailboxes because they have broken the doors off of, and the newest one is metal so it should be harder to break but they lef it open instead and all the snow ruined important medical documents that I now have to drive to Detroit to get a copy of before my next appointment. I'm furious at this point and have moves my security camera closer to the mail box so next time I can get a clearer video of it being done and will file a formal complaint each time it happens. I'm sick of it Since I can't make a new review update: The driver has refused to deliver packages sighting multplie reasons such as unplowed driveway (false), they don't want to back into the road (we have an off shoot to turn around on), and more. I'm tired of this and have now had delayed medical paperwork, prescriptions from the VA, and work material/tools that were time sensitive and it ridiculous. My camera is set up and I'll be contacting the post master about this all
