- BSBeth SmithMar 9, 20261.0Getting very tired of my mail person not delivering my mail and getting packages late because they are marking them as no access. There is access to my mailbox. Just because I live on a dirt road that turns to mud and holes this time of year and am at the end of the line for Millington is no reason for my mail to not be delivered. Everyone that lives on the road still has to drive through it all to go do their jobs, it should be no different for the mail carrier.
