I've done everything that's been suggested: signing up for informed delivery, I've spoken to the folks at the post office. Nothing has worked. I've had money, tax return info, and other mail just never get delivered. And repeatedly I've gone WEEKS where no mail is delivered at all. I have missing packages. And no one is able to do anything about it. Not locally- they say it's a distribution hub issue. And when I try to go through the main USPS process they say it's a local post office issue.
