    I’ve always had great service here. Recently, I lost my mailing receipt, and the company I shipped to refused to refund me without it. The USPS staff actually went back through their records, found my receipt, and saved me a lot of money. I’m so grateful—they really went above and beyond!

    They showed no real interest in helping solve a problem I'm having with my divorce papers that were lost in the mail. I tried submitting a claim online and their phone customer service. Everyone seems to be incompetent with complex solutions.

    Sent certified mail from this office full of important documents. It’s going on 10 days and it’s still in transit(delayed). I’m worried it’s lost. I should’ve just mailed it from my home. It would’ve made it on time.

    The lady in the middle window is friendly, helpful and professional. They should hire more people like her. Not like the chubby woman at the first window. I think her name is KATIE. The most rude and unhelpful person. I don't understand what she is doing there. If she doesn't like her job she should look for something else, where Customer Service skills are not required. (If such a job exists lol).

    The Midland Post Office has a great staff. When I applied for a passport, the clerk was very friendly and knew her job thoroughly. When I mail a package, the clerks know the cheapest way to mail it. I appreciate the staff at our Post Office and urge them to keep up the good work and stay safe. I mail all my packages, personal correspondence and business mail at the Post Office and their delivery efficiency is 100%. Thank you, Midland postal employees!
