We were served immediately and the agent, Katie, was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, detailed, courteous and efficient. Highly recommended!

Thankfully they were honest and thoughtful to get it to me since our postal carrier is awful! Last week they left a large box right in the middle of my garage door. Had I been leaving instead of coming home I would've backed over it and crushed it! 😡 The entrance door was a few feet away where it should've been left.

In Midland 1week with 3 more planned waiting for RV repairs. 2nd time I've received general delivery here & I was informed that I had to get a PO box to receive packages. 1st time in 10 years I've ever had an issue receiving GD packages. Didn't seem to make any difference when I tried explaining. Some 'other' employee remembered me from other trips through Midland. Pathetic service.
