I didn’t realize they closed at 3 and they were packing up at 3:30 and took my box’s anyways. Everytime I go in there it’s always so nicely organized and clean and the staff is always with a smile on their faces. Thanks Midland UPS

They were always friendly and efficient even in the face of considerable customer demand. Today -- some two years after I changed my address and stopped using them -- I got a call from Cinci saying that they had received something that she thought might be a credit card or debit card and she remembered I used to be a customer there and she wondered if they still had a phone number on file and she checked and there was one and she called it and it turned out that it was indeed ME and I was most anxious for that card as it had been compromised and canceled and by ugly coincidence so had my principal credit card. And I am absolutely amazed that she would go to that trouble. Honestly, this might be the best customer service story of my life. Highly recommended.
