    Staples is the best office supply store in town. The products available are of good quality and a reasonable price. Everything I have purchased at Staples lasts and works the way it is supposed to work! Also, Staples smells like an office supply store, not like some horrible plastic off-gas smell like the dollar stores! The employees know their jobs. They are always friendly and efficient. From the print shop to the cashier, every employee is helpful and capable. Somebody knows how to hire good people! For a corporate big box store, Midland Staples has a good atmosphere.

    This location is convenient got Amazon drop off. I really wish they’d add another counter for returning Amazon items for the holidays. The staples check out line has almost no customers whereas the Amazon return line is long. There are three other employees behind the staples counter that could start helping with Amazon - at least for the holidays.

    Went in earlier in the week and they couldn't find my order. It was totally unprofessional and a waste of my time. I was polite and fine and came back later to get it all later. Today I went in and was 4th in line. Another gentleman came in behind me wanting something similar to what I wanted. How do I know? They knew him by name and jumped him in front of me. Then both employees started working with him. After about 10 minutes of that I left.
