  I took 3 packages to ship out to followers of mine from Facebook. One of them needed to ship to New Zealand and the other two were here in the states. The process was quick and painless and the staff were friendly. I’ll be happy to give them my business again when I need to ship packages.

  I went here because I thought it was still a UPS store and I had a UPS package that needed to go out. It is now Prime Package Plus. Right now they ship FedEx and USPS the guy behind the counter told me. I was trying to figure out where to take my UPS package. He said that they are trying to become a UPS shipping point and until then, if the package has a label, every night after they close, they drive the UPS packages over to the UPS shipping place! How nice is that??? Super helpful.

  Great service! I had an Amazon package for UPS and he offered to take to UPS for me and helped me navigate how to do it from Amazon so I didn’t have to go across town to turn it in!

  Oh my gosh I am thrilled with Prime Package Plus! I went in fully expecting to have the usual hassle and drudgery of shipping but instead I was greeted with a friendly professional service, and the best part, choices! They have multiple shippers so I could choose which shipper I wanted to use how fast I wanted my item to get there and how much I was willing to pay for that service. I walked out with a smile instead of a frown. I totally recommend giving them a try! You won't be disappointed!
