Small lobby with po:boxes Fully stocked boxes, cards, mailing supplies. Sandy was a winsome gal. Very kind. Lisa the creator of the holiday themes in the lobby has great talent. So, why only 4 stars? I'm a huge fan of Flags. This one here USA & POW have seen better days, these are in a sad state.

- ABAndrew BelangerDec 22, 20151.0Will not deliver larger packages to home because of a long driveway (ex. 12x24x12" boxes). UPS and FedEx have no problems delivering similar items to our front door. Also, we lost our $400 claim on prepaid USPS insurance because the branch manager failed to submit the necessary forms to complete the process. The package in question was one where the sender paid over $70 for an overnight shipment. It finally arrived 3 days late and all the contents were ruined. We filed an online claim immediately (within 24 hours) as we were instructed (including digital images). The claim was rejected because not all of the forms were completed. Turns out it was a form that the branch manager, with whom we'd been working, failed to do. Unhappy
