There’s never a line here and they ALWAYS have the most insane selection of stamps including international/global, yearly collections, special character's, historical stuff. They seem to do some passport stuff here too. This is 100% my preferred post office as someone who goes to the post office a lot.

- ABAlfred BrockMay 15, 20183.0The Melvindale Post Office has a very large parking lot. It is easy in and easy out even during busy times because of the road it is on. Use caution, as usual. This Post Office is not open all the time and there is no access to the lobby when it is closed. Keep an eye for the time if you want desk service or any special work. What makes this Post Office unique is a drive-through window - however, according local residents the drive-through window has never actually been in operation. There are two mailboxes outside the building in the back. Both the fact that the drive-through window is not in use, though certainly a cool feature not seen every day, and that the mailboxes are at the back of the building and made for cars this Post Office gets 3 stars. The folks that work here are the best!
