- JUJacob UllegJan 30, 20262.0Worst USPS. Constantly delivering mail and packages to the wrong address. Id get a notification that my mail was delivered and it wouldn't be. I constantly have to go to the post office just to pay for trading cards I bought online. Why wouldn't USPS make the seller pay postage? If I sent a letter it would get sent back to me if I didnt put a stamp on it.
