I came into the store 4-10-26 and I was immediately greeted with the warmest and most genuine smile I’ve ever received. And what’s really to note is that Aurora, was cleaning and dusting furniture/fixture in the store. Many times when an associate is already preoccupied with a chore, they fail to engage and provide a positive client experience, but not Aurora, she was just amazing.
She also was not bothered that I didn’t have everything done properly and kindly encouraged me to simply grab my phone so that she could guide me through the process. This is the second great experience I’ve had at this location and I am firmly convinced that this team just doesn’t miss. Thank you Aurora for the great customer experience.

I just had to ship a package to a colleague down state and of course the package was valuable and of course I didn’t have proper packaging but none of that mattered to Samantha, who was the consummate professional. The way that Samantha treated me was kind and supportive, she even came from behind the counter to make sure that I did have the proper packaging for my valuable item. And all of this while the store was incredibly busy.
If you need to have a package delivered by a professional, I encourage you to come to this location if THE UPS STORE and let Samantha wow you with her professional customer service, care and prompt attention. I trust you will have a positive customer experience.

Overcharged for shipping something, when we called to change our address and ask about the price the manager was very rude, bad costumer service will go somewhere else to ship instead.

I came in with a QR code pack and ship label from Samsung. For whatever reason they could not manage to turn that READY TO GO QR Code into a label. This should have been a simple task. Samsung assured me it should have been a simple task. The counter employees need some training and need to understand that you cannot just say "sorry, I can't help you" and brush off a customer. Especially one who has such a simple task as a ready to print label. This is my first poor review and I've left many reviews.
Had some real issues with this UPS location. We travel and UPS stores all the time at different locations throughout the USA to get mail delivered. I called the prior week of us getting into town to confirm I could have packages sent. I talked with a male who told me yes, I could get packages sent and it would be a $5.00 fee to pick them up. Which is normal. I am used to paying that per package. I confirmed the store shipping address and confirmed I could have UPS, FedEx and USPS all sent. I was told yes; I can have everything sent no problem. I received me 1st call the following week letting me know my package was ready for pickup and it would be $10.00. I asked why since I was told $5.00 and that’s all I have ever paid with any other UPS location. I was told they go off weight and size. None of that was disclosed when I called the prior week! What choice do I have now they have my package I had to pay the $10.00 but felt I should not have since that’s not what I was told. One of my other packages I had sent was a access point. (It’s a program the UPS offers. They send the package to another UPS location that’s part of the program and I do not pay a fee to pick it up.) The cashier was trying to charge me a $10.00 fee to pick that one up also. They acted like they had no clue what an access point location was and how to now handle me getting my box without paying the $10.00 fee. After some confusion and calling the manager they got it worked out and did not charge me. They made us fill out paperwork which me and my husband have never done. They said it was to have on file if we have anything else sent?? They needed copies of our Driver’s license for the paperwork. I usually just show my license to show its me picking up the mail addressed to me.
Was very annoyed how I was charged more than I was told and the little bit of a cluster with the access point pick up and how it seemed I did something wrong by sending it that way. I had one more package to arrive the following day. When I checked my shipping history, I noticed the UPS store refused my USPS package. Again, I had confirmed this before sending it. When I called to ask why it was refused, they said they cannot except USPS mail since I did not have a mailbox with them. Again, not what I was told. Never have had a problem at any other UPS Store to get USPS mail sent for me to pick up. I was told by the manager I would have needed to fill out a special form for them to receive the mail for me. Find it very frustrating you get told one thing and then something else happens and it’s not there problem now it yours! I will never use this location again and if you travel and need to receive mail, I would highly advise not to use this location. Have never had any issues with UPS until this location. The manager definitely needs to do some more training with the employees, so everyone understand the proper process about things.
