- RHRyan HansonJan 15, 20261.0Post Master Stacy Ashbrook is a cruel and evil woman. I was forced to put in a Change of Address because a postman “looked in my window and didn’t see furniture so it must be vacant” and decided that I am no longer allowed to receive mail at my address. Said it doesn’t matter that I own the house, pay the mortgage, pay all active utilities and of course LIVE THERE and that I can no longer receive mail at this address, if I wanted to get mail at all to put in a COA. I didn’t know the Post Office now determines where people are allowed to live! Haven’t receive my utilities, among other bills and important mail. Now also my insurance will affected because of the COA AND health insurance will also be affected. Where is the accountability?

Our driveway was cleared before 10;00 am and the plow has not plowed us in. Also, our mail usually doesn’t come until 2:00 pm. I tried to call the post office and it rang for about 30 rings with no pick up or answering machine. Not good service.
