  I just had to ship a package to a colleague down state and of course the package was valuable and of course I didn’t have proper packaging but none of that mattered to Samantha, who was the consummate professional. The way that Samantha treated me was kind and supportive, she even came from behind the counter to make sure that I did have the proper packaging for my valuable item. And all of this while the store was incredibly busy. If you need to have a package delivered by a professional, I encourage you to come to this location if THE UPS STORE and let Samantha wow you with her professional customer service, care and prompt attention.   I would leave 10 stars if I could. I didn’t catch his name, but the male associate who worked at noon on October 21, 2025 was incredibly helpful, kind and should be awarded as employee of the month. I will return because of this man and his excellent service!

  Top notch service! Incredibly grateful and thankful for the team that works here. They've helped me with print projects for my wedding and temporary signage for my business. They're easy to work with, cheerful, communicative, reliable, dependable, and knowledgable. I genuinely do not know what I would do with out them.

  We brought in multiple cases of priceless (to us) stuff from my father's house after his passing. They triple packed everything and we received the boxes a few days later. Everything was in excellent shape. Thank you for your help ladies.
