  People are friendly and helpful. Telephone automated system must have developed by the most sadistic individual alive. Enough to make me want to go elsewhere !

  If I could leave zero stars I would. I always have delivery issues from this location. Once again, they delivered my package to the wrong address and was bold enough to include a photo showing my package was delivered to the wrong address. It's since been stolen after I went to locate it. It appears I will need to avoid ordering anything from companies using FedEx as their shipping provider since a small batch of inept drivers are causing me angst and companies I order from lose money for reimbursing me.

  Terrible service they make it impossible to contact anyone when there is an issue I had no choice in FedX being the delivery service for two very large boxes I was to receive. I was out of town and the person dropped the large boxes next to my mail box on the edge of a highway…. No one left a notice no one attempted to call me to ask what arrangements could be made. A person who knows me called and told me they were sitting on the edge of the highway… unacceptable service had someone not reached out to me the boxes could have been picked up by anyone and then I would have to fight to get what I had ordered to begin with… the carrier obviously has been allowed to get away with this and it should not be happening… funny how no phone numbers are listed.. i will go to the local fedx office personally
