- MKMelanie KoskampDec 19, 20245.0These Google reviews had me hesitating to call this post office and ask any questions, but I was delighted to find a super helpful and friendly voice on the other end (Jill, I think?) who answered all my questions about setting up new delivery service, including suggestions on how to temporarily set up a roadside mailbox without having to dig in frozen ground. Five stars for my initial experience!
- DCDoug CollisonDec 5, 20221.0So many issues, the latest in which my wife went to post office and inquired about our mail being held, due to refusal of delivery from postal worker on repeated times, so we ended up getting a post office box. My wife simply wanted to know if there had been an issue with the forwarding and man at the counter proceeds to get very nasty with her about her husband not wanting to clean up the mailbox and tough if we don't do what's expected of us if we don't get our mail. My wife went to explain it had been cleaned and that was only half the issue, as customers for Pegtown nearby block our drive, so we switched to post office and he cut her off and still continued quite belligerently to inform her we weren't doing what we were supposed to and that he wasn't going to listen to her argue, meanwhile she could not get a word in edgewise as he was too busy mouthing off to her without even letting her speak about our situation. I've included two photos below of the only two days so far this year we've had enough snow to block our mailbox yet mail lady still refused to deliver. Wondering how this is us not doing our job or why on earth he feels it's ok to talk to anybody like this. At this point ready file an inquiry in why they are allowed to treat people this way, absolutely atrocious. You can definitely do better and should!

I asked the man at the front desk what would be the best envelope to get because I don’t mail things out that often. He pointed to the rack and said just grab from there. After filling out said envelope and turning it over the man then went on about how I never should have grabbed that one and how this will be a costly learning mistake. But I had asked for help. He was very rude and did little to help.
