I quit using my p.o box because some of my packages where going missing. When I went to return my key they didnt give me the full refund because of rent for the p.o box. Even tho I said I wasn't gonna be using it anymore bc I wasnt sending packages there. So what did go there was junk mail. They claimed that the packages wasnt delivered there even tho amazon and other websites I ordered from said it delivered.

I really wish ups wouldn't trust them with my packages. Also half the time I get the emails with the informed delivery, I don't get that mail on time. My water bill by mail I showed was supposed to get one day I didn't get for 2 weeks and on the day it was due thank goodness I do online billing. Political garbage always makes it to my door on time but my time sensitive mail never does. If you ask ne the usps can save money by not paying them so much, for a half a** job.
