- SMSavanna MottDec 29, 20251.0Won’t reimburse for towing after carrier going down the slippery driveway caused my car to slide off into the ditch after I stomped the brakes trying not to hit the dude as I was leaving the house. Got completely stuck and needed a towing. Of course the person over the phone was rude after I asked politely if I could get reimbursed for towing.

The man working then answered his own survey question at the end with a smiley face lol. I would not have put that . Terrible service , rude and unprofessional. I see why they have such a low review now.

Are disrespectful when you go in to try and fix the problem. My wife and I have lived in Manchester since 2016 and our tab for lost gifts from family members is around $3,750. The employees blatantly take no pride in their work and the way they treat their job is the same way toddlers treat objects. It’s sad that the USPS doesn’t care about the citizens of Manchester.

They have mail in all shapes and sizes, whatever you're looking for, they've got it. Tim runs the ship there with the friendliest service in Manchester. As a follow up- I was driving through Manchester this week and all of a sudden I realized that I needed mail. I found just the place- the Manchester post office! If you like your postal clerks like you like your mail, on time and hand delivered, just talk to Tim. He’s got all the mail you need. Keep an eye out for the ghost of Mr. McFeely, as he might talk your ear off!
