  Uodate few days later ...He put mail Mail on Hold because. I complained and asked questions and he said I sounded threatening cuz i said I would continue to complain to corporate...he said then im putting ur mail on hold and hung up on me... So who threatened who it seems I was just threatened by a government worker 🤔 And he can follow through by cutting my mail off... Moved here a month ago wasn't receiving mail even after I submitted change address form 1st week... complained they fixed it and validated my address got mail for 1 week and now not receiving anything all week even though I log onto dashboard and says I was spose to have 3-4 paper mail items and 2-3 packages a day.. get emails saying attempted delivery but no notice left in my box.. saw him walk up my shared driveway yesterday delivery package to her porch and mail to her mailbox but nothing for my house with 8 people spose to be receiving mail... never had a problem with post office til I moved here... its Christmas time and my santa packages, cards and letters from family we are not receiving.... really pissed off at Mancelona you guys keep dropping the ball... maybe need someone new in charge to make staff do their job.18 mail peices and 21 packages this week and have only received 1 package...

  Never had a bad experience with this PO until now. Multiple people on our road have not been receiving their packages or letters for over a week now. The PO repeatedly claims "package held at request of resident" but no one has requested this. The route driver has repeatedly claimed there is "too much snow to access the mailbox" but they enter this status before 9am when our mail has been arriving no sooner than 3pm for years, so they have clearly not even attempted delivery. We also have a very large package depository we set up at the request of the PO, which is very easily accessed at the side of the road. But they still claim they "can't access the mailbox" for packages which are much too big for the mailbox in the first place, and would obviously need to be put in the package depository. They make no attempts to inform anyone that their mail has been held. They leave no notices and make no attempt at communication. If you do not know to call them or check online, you will never know that you have held mail. UPS, FedEx, even Amazon drivers, have no issues delivering parcels on the same days the PO driver claims there is no access. This is the worst service I have ever seen from this PO, and I have lived on this road for over 30 years.

  Basic same review as you're seeing them not delivering the mail. Hell 11 pieces of missing mail-in the last week. It's constantly happening in my understanding. This is federal, shouldn't this be borderline criminal? If this continuously happening over and over and over, shouldn't somebody do an audit on this place? I don't normally post bad reviews. I can understand one time here. I can understand one time there. I mean, it's a life ship happens but it's constantly reoccurring. There has to be somebody higher up that can get this place straightened out us as a community need to get together. The only way things will change is if we all work together.If anybody has any insight who oversees the post office et cetera, let's get a county bureau petition for the local area.Something has to be done somewhere as somebody has a little more power

  We've watched the mailman drive past our mailbox every day for a week and not deliver our mail even though we get the daily notification that we have mail that is supposed to be delivered. When we go into the post office they say they have no mail for us, that it must be out with the carrier.

  Terrible won’t give me my package that got held there it said per customer request on Amazon which I did not request I’m recovering from surgery and don’t feel like going out to pick it up but I’ve tried twice now and sense I don’t have my new ID “have my ID just not proper address,But my proof from the Secretary of State that I changed my address to the delivery address, still won’t accept that then told me it was mailed back out still haven’t gotten it. Also bs cause my boyfriend has picked up 2 packages that got held there without his ID being the shipping address and the guy didn’t give him any problem about it. Hopefully Amazon will refund me and they just send it back it was my sons Christmas stuff to so I’m super upset. I have all the proof to prove I’m me and paid for the package. Would give 0 stars if an option. Edited because I eventually got my package and they were kind on the phone Cody I think is who helped make sure I got my package thank you!
