- RBRyan BartonNov 17, 20251.0Basic same review as you're seeing them not delivering the mail. Hell 11 pieces of missing mail-in the last week. It's constantly happening in my understanding. This is federal, shouldn't this be borderline criminal? If this continuously happening over and over and over, shouldn't somebody do an audit on this place? I don't normally post bad reviews. I can understand one time here. I can understand one time there. I mean, it's a life ship happens but it's constantly reoccurring. There has to be somebody higher up that can get this place straightened out us as a community need to get together. The only way things will change is if we all work together.If anybody has any insight who oversees the post office et cetera, let's get a county bureau petition for the local area.Something has to be done somewhere as somebody has a little more power

I have had issues with these people for years and always blamed it on the previous manager, but now after the change, I think that the place must just be poisoned. Every issue that has ever tried to be addressed at this post office has been met with rudeness and immaturity. Right Down to hearing the man I was complaining about Throw a very loud hissy fit while I was submitting my complaint. Interestingly, I was told he was not there when I asked to speak to him as I could literally hear him in the back throwing his tantrum. This place is an absolute joke, but unfortunately, we are stuck with it. Sincerely, thinking about reaching out to government officials if things don’t change over the next couple years. I cannot imagine being elderly and relying on these people for things like medication. Such a shame. Take some pride In your job your government work workers

- PFPaul FriebelJul 13, 20201.0The postal delivery person for Oslund Rd in Mancelona should actually have a job picking up garbage. An 8 x 10 photo that was sent through the mail had a bright red sticker on the front of the envelope, DO NOT BEND. The delivery person proceeded to wrap the envelope around another package and destroyed the picture. Upon calling the Mancelona Postmaster, I was told that the delivery person wasn’t at fault. Obviously the uneducated delivery person doesn’t know how to read and the Postmaster could care less about proper care and delivery to Mancelona customers. This is not the first complaint to this post office and this matter will be pursued further.
