Instead Of assisting me of what to do because it was my first time to return online order, she was acting like she was my superior that I need to vow down before her. She should not work in that kind of job if she didn't know customer service.

- AAAlexMar 9, 20261.0They need to outlaw automated robots. All I needed was to talk to someone in the post office and instead I get robot bullshit. For 20 minutes I tried to get past a robot to talk with someone in the post office just for this stupid thing to not understand the word package. If I call a number for a place of business I should be able to talk with someone in that building that works there not an incompetent robot.
