The two workers on the Tuesday second shift were rude and unprofessional. Their customer service was poor, and they seemed rushed even though it was only 6:50 p.m. (the store closes at 7). When I had questions at the counter, they did not offer any help and just told me to hurry up. This kind of behavior makes customers feel unwelcome and rushed. I hope FedEx addresses this issue and provides better customer service training for their staff.
