He helped me with quite a few different services (shipping, printing, etc.) while also single-handedly getting other customers in and out with other package drop offs. By far the best experience I’ve had at a UPS store. Was very impressed with Andrew.

The employee refused to scan the label from my phone and insisted I email it instead, despite the label instructions stating it could be scanned. Because my university uses restricted email access, the employee could not open the file and offered no alternative solution. I was also told I “would need a box” in a condescending manner, even though I was fully prepared to purchase one in-store. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful, and the employee did not appear familiar with standard UPS return procedures for textbook rentals. I would not recommend this location if you need help with prepaid returns.
