I had to drop off multiple packages all with different types of return slips. Andrew assisted me and was so patient sorting through it. He was very helpful and efficient making it a much quicker process for me.

I miss the employees who used to work here. They were always so friendly & helpful. Bring them back! The customer service here has gone downhill in the past year. The current employees are rude, not helpful, and clearly hate their job. Smile a little. You do work in customer service & being friendly is the expectation.
