- HRHazel RaglowMay 14, 20221.0I didn’t have issues with my packages when it was still Roxanne who worked at this post office. I also liked Jasmine who always make sure my packages are safe even if that means getting out of the van to put my stuff at our front porch. Now, with the new people, my packages are late. One time it was out for delivery and I was already at home when the van came, but was busy watching something. The delivery guy tagged it as no one was home to receive the package and nowhere safe to leave the package. I was again at home and no one rang the doorbell or knocked at the door. No notice was left too. Saw that I had to pick it up thru USPS mobile app. Today, I scheduled for a pick up for 2 packages. Again, the van just drove by! I could’ve just dropped it off this morning knowing that they’re only open till noon today!
