The woman who works there now has done a wonderful job. She has completely clean up the space, it’s always organized and her customer service is exemplary! She also planted beautiful flowers out front out of her own pocket!

I didn’t have issues with my packages when it was still Roxanne who worked at this post office. I also liked Jasmine who always make sure my packages are safe even if that means getting out of the van to put my stuff at our front porch. Now, with the new people, my packages are late. One time it was out for delivery and I was already at home when the van came, but was busy watching something. The delivery guy tagged it as no one was home to receive the package and nowhere safe to leave the package. I was again at home and no one rang the doorbell or knocked at the door. No notice was left too. Saw that I had to pick it up thru USPS mobile app. Today, I scheduled for a pick up for 2 packages. Again, the van just drove by! I could’ve just dropped it off this morning knowing that they’re only open till noon today!

I went into the post office recently wondering why my mail had stopped coming into my post office box. The lady was VERY rude for starters. After further talking to her I told her about my problem, she stated it was a piece of mail I didn't receive. It was something she sends out once a year and mine just happened to come in June. You list your name and address, date it then sign it. Also, present an i.d.. I have never previously done this still confused on why this is happening didn't proceed to ask why as her attitude immediately was negative. When I was a child she was always a very nice lady. Lately her attitude has not been such. She ha sent back my friend who lives with me state taxes as she said we didn't tell her he lives there. Also, while I was there I had to ask her MULTIPLE times to stop being rude. I also stated its not your fault I did not receive the paper. In a snarky attitude she laughed as she said I know its not MY fault. Implying that it would be mine. She held my bills over this piece of paper later I began receiving late texts on my phone from these companies. I find this a problem. I would love to contact a supervisor and I hope someone can respond to me on this matter further as I don't want to bring it up with her since my mail is going through her hands. I would greatly appreciate it.
