My past Google history speaks for itself as I never desire to post bad reviews but this was absolutely necessary. My husband, two children and I walked in to no greet, mean face expressions and no smile. I said "good morning, how are you today" and a lady named Keisha still not smiling said "how can I help you". I shared that we originally had an appointment for 4 minors but to no success, we were not able to get our nieces information in a timely fashion. Hence, that left us with only our 2 children. We were late for the appointment consisting of 4 minors (now 2). She informed that we could not be seen due it taking 10 minutes per child to process the applications. I have a picture below after leaving. Clearly, it was prior to 9:40am when she stated this to us and our appointment time was scheduled to end at 10am. 10mins + 2 = 20 minutes (10am). Our children had passports soon to expire and their applications were already completed (which reduces the timing as well). They literally have no customer service here. In a world that is so cold, we at least expect to receive warmth from profound customer service in such places. Save yourselves from the headache and unnecessary stress. Go someplace else
