When I TELL you I need something NEEDS to be mailed in a specific way, you should be able to DO YOUR JOB AND POINT ME IN THAT DIRECTION, NOT MISLEAD ME! Why are you even working there if you can't give the correct information??? Be for real! Lose your job if you can't do it right!
