I paid what they said and mailed the card. It was not delivered. I'm so sad my friend didn't receive this. It was such a special card. It's been 18 days and the card did not arrive to her, or back to me.

Typically an employee is to give me one of these bags for free with no issues as I have gotten quite a few bags from there no issues. Today they made me pay for bubble mailers when it wasn’t even the correct bag I was requesting. It’s not about getting the bags for free for me it’s the fact that I have been able to do this without having to pay for months, pre pay for shipping then have a employee tell me i’m incorrect and that they don’t do that at the location. Needless to say I will not be coming back to use the services offered here

They won't let me talk to a real person on the phone every time we have a sub at the apartment I live at Ziegler Place the sub never rings my busser so I can come down and get my package. Our mail carrier is never here to do her job she takes to many days off from working. I am not happy at all we all should be allowed to speak to a real person on the phone about all this people subbs not doing there job when we are waiting for a package they are supposed to ring our busser so we can come down and get our packages Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️ DawnMarie Mays
