    I’ve been to this UPS Store several times, and I have to say the service is consistently excellent. The staff here — especially the person who’s always at the front — is incredibly accommodating, polite, and genuinely helpful every single time. They never rush you, always go the extra mile to make sure things are done right, and treat every customer with respect. It’s rare to find that level of care these days. Truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness — highly recommend this location!

    I had occasion to call this store 4 times yesterday for something other than UPS business and I can't say enough positive things about the staff!! A family member lost their phone and they not only let her use their phone to call me but they answered my 3 other calls to her and were pleasant and helpful each time! I truly appreciate their help and I told them I'd refer all UPS business to their store because they were so wonderful. It's so nice to encounter a business that goes above and beyond their core business -- just to help.
