  I ordered a package and ips claims it was delivered on De.18. There were no packages there. Subsequently, ebay let me know that the driver couldn't find my address..we'll, its the same ups driver we've had for years, out addresses are in huge block letters above our doors. Where's the picture of my package at the step? Oh? There is none This is what happens when you lower hiring standards.

  This service is absolutely horrible, not only are they charging you guys for a label, they are also not doing it properly. They tell you to email them when I told them that I needed a label done and I spoke clearly about wanting a label to be done meaning I don’t have or know how to make a label so I expect them to ask me for my address and who it is going to. I assume they want me to email it. So I emailed it to them. However they think I have the label and wanted it printed when I do not. I wanted it and I was clear about it that I wanted the label to be created meaning they type it in and print me a label. Even though it’s a misunderstanding, they had the nerve to tell me to calm down when I wasn’t even angry or yelling at them. My friend and I simply just wanted to try this UPS out mainly because the one on Schoolcraft road was shut down. They also overpriced their shipping. The worker should in no situation tell a customer to calm down like that with an attitude. The customer is always right. They showed me attitude and I simply left. There was no manager whatsoever in that ups store. I went to the one near Joes produce and they did a phenomenal job and did exactly what it should have been. I will never come back here or recommend this place ever again. There is no need for someone to work this out with me. I want nothing to do with this place.

  Hate how slow they are. I think a hibernating bear moves faster than the employees inside. I hate the parking. I hate how quietly the employees talk and I can't hear anything but I'm a young guy. Never ever coming here again.
