  This is the second to third time I have gotten to the store at 4:40 and the were closed doors locked

  UPS overall is okay. This location has very poor customer service. The agent that assisted me had no sense of urgency to service my needs. A manager had to tell her to help the customers instead of sorting boxes. She had an attitude, by then the line I was in was long. It took 27 minutes for me to drop off this package. There were only 3 people ahead of me when I came in. This location must do better or close. I’m very disappointed, and shaking my head. I will not visit this location again.

  This particular ups store lost my package after I dropped it off to them and it never made it on truck. The manager and employee both lied to me and said the package was on the truck when it clearly wasnt. I will not be using this location anymore
