  I was compelled to write a complaint about a recent service call placed to Konica Minolta Business Solutions for repairs and, to express my disappointment. The call attendants were courtliest, however repair personal failed to show up after a week of requesting service. After a week of calling, it was obvious they didn’t want to work it so why wasn’t it communicated? We would have moved on, instead, the customer moved on and we lost the job.

  We have been a longtime customer of KMBS for some years now… But over the last two years… the service management of this location has become less customer centric and more focus on what they can not do… We haven’t had a service call on our equipment for two years and we recently changed computers and ask if someone could come out to load the scanner drivers on our new computers. The answer we get from the service manager is… That he wants to charge us $200. to make that happen… Considering we have a multi functional device that has full color printing, copying, scanning and faxing capabilities you would think that this should be a simple request… But NO… The service manager is not interested in keeping his customers happy… At one time, this company delivered outstanding service… Today their a disappointment to anyone who has to deal with them.
