- JAJon AllenDec 9, 20251.0Hey so, store employees. The website and customer service both say that the purchase of any express shipping label guarantees the right to a free packaging option. We had an argument about this in the store. My employees in other states have always been able to get free shipping containers with these shipping labels, when sending equipment back. So why will you not honor that?

Will never use a fedex kino's to send anything again.
