USPS informed delivery apparently isnt correct with USPS linden. I have to call monthly to report discrepancies. THE WORST!
- THTrever HillerFeb 17, 20261.0Absolutely pathetic... Had issues with them for years. Unprofessional, lose packages, wet mail at times, too lazy to deliver packages... At one point they labeled my house as "vacant" for absolutely no reason that I had to sort out. Ended up being an "accidental error" on their part from a part time/ temporary employee... Most recent issue was "unable to locate and access front porch".... When I literally have a sidewalk to it and is completely visible from the road. No snow and no ice... Just wide open. I had a previous review from years ago that seemed to have been removed... Really wish I could rely on the "United States Post Office" better than literally any other delivery service rain or shine.

The packages are being dropped on the "foot" of the mail boxes on road / street...The orders can get damaged by melting snow/dirt, by vehicles as they are literally on the ground on the streets, or even stolen...Has the USPS service changed and packages are no longer to be delivered by the front door or garage door? If snow weather is the issue, why they dont drive the postal vehicleson the driveways and at leats drop on the end of the driveway by the garages??????
