  I deleted my previous bad review from years ago to post a new one and warn people about how TERRIBLE the USPS has become, but this branch in particular. They refuse to deliver packages to your door. Even on Christmas Eve. Even when you update your delivery instructions. Even when you stop in the post office to see if by chance it’s there instead of on a truck, on Christmas Eve. Which would make sense, considering they do not ever deliver packages to your address- unless they fit in the mailbox. But they still sent the package out for delivery- knowing it wouldn’t be delivered, or too lazy to even care. If you’re going to decide not to deliver to a certain address when the package exceeds the size of a mailbox, why not KEEP the package there? Instead of ruining someone’s day? And obviously keeping them from even picking up their Christmas gifts?? I’m sure you’re closed tomorrow. Today of all days, you people are lazy and heartless.

  My mailbox was stolen, yes stolen! from its post. I was on vacation and didn't know. Que to my trees being delivered, TEN two foot tall Norwegian spruce trees, Jeff threw a posted comment paper in my mailbox that said "they will not fit in mailbox". No kidding ten live trees in 3 gallon pots won't fit. They were to be left at the door. Now that I've gone into the post office and complained, they have not sent me any direct mail to my new mailbox. Im taking my case to the post master generals office because lawton has again and again failed to complete a delivery because they're too lazy to get out of their car and deliver a package to a door. Really cool, Jeff. I doubt they read these anyways, nothing professional about their office.

  Watched the driver Adam almost hit the two year old neighbor boy on Ridgeway Dr today because he was hauling at least 45-55 through the neighborhood. I flagged him down on his way back to let him know and he blamed the kids mom for not watching him. I asked him to slow down because the neighborhood has a lot of children, he said he was going posted speed limit and would not slow down. Neighborhood has no posted limit as it is a new neighborhood, crossroad highway speed limit is 55. He's gonna kill someone at that speed. He swore at me and shouted, then dared me to call his manager and said nothing would be done about it anyways. He looked like he stopped to call manager to get out of it. Couldn't reach anyone at the post office because it's Veterans Day. Gonna be in on Monday see if we can't straighten this out.
