- ZLZoey LehmkuhlDec 24, 20251.0I deleted my previous bad review from years ago to post a new one and warn people about how TERRIBLE the USPS has become, but this branch in particular. They refuse to deliver packages to your door. Even on Christmas Eve. Even when you update your delivery instructions. Even when you stop in the post office to see if by chance it’s there instead of on a truck, on Christmas Eve. Which would make sense, considering they do not ever deliver packages to your address- unless they fit in the mailbox. But they still sent the package out for delivery- knowing it wouldn’t be delivered, or too lazy to even care. If you’re going to decide not to deliver to a certain address when the package exceeds the size of a mailbox, why not KEEP the package there? Instead of ruining someone’s day? And obviously keeping them from even picking up their Christmas gifts?? I’m sure you’re closed tomorrow. Today of all days, you people are lazy and heartless.

I can get deliveries from Amazon, Fed Ex, UPS but the USPS can't figure out how to get out of their vehicle and walk up to my house with my package on 8/31 and 9/3/2025? I don't want people driving on my property because inevitably, they drive over my shrubs, trees, etc. Just get out, step over the cable gate and walk 100 feet and put it in the green box. My phone number is on the gate. I have security cameras. Next time, don't take Amazon deliveries on contract. Let Amazon deliver my stuff.

Que to my trees being delivered, TEN two foot tall Norwegian spruce trees, Jeff threw a posted comment paper in my mailbox that said "they will not fit in mailbox". No kidding ten live trees in 3 gallon pots won't fit. They were to be left at the door. Now that I've gone into the post office and complained, they have not sent me any direct mail to my new mailbox. Im taking my case to the post master generals office because lawton has again and again failed to complete a delivery because they're too lazy to get out of their car and deliver a package to a door. Really cool, Jeff. I doubt they read these anyways, nothing professional about their office.
