- ZDZanna DavidApr 4, 20261.0Has lazy, incompetent workers and delivery drivers. Don’t let a loved ones ashes be delivered through them. Or anything that needs signed for. They didn’t want to get out because it was raining (04/02) and claimed that I did not reschedule delivery on 04/02 for the next day (04/03). They claimed they left a notice on 04/02 saying no one answered the door (they never knocked) but I didn’t receive that notice til the next day 04/03 in the mailbox. Website stated my package would be delivered 04/03 by 6pm. Called number on notice that was left in mailbox 04/03 (not left on 04/02 as they claim) and was told same thing as website (if not delivered 04/03 the package would be in the post office 04/04 morning for pickup). Never got my package on 04/03. Got a phone call 04/04 morning (right before going to post office to pick it up as was told that was where it would be) and my package was being delivered instead of staying where I was told it would be. It was raining again and was going to still be raining when they got here. Made them bring it back to post office because I was not going to deal them making another reason for not delivering.

- GSGabbey SmithFeb 24, 20211.0Carriers cannot read when putting mail into boxes. Several packages said they were delivered to my box but when checking, nothing was in my box. Post mistress is a prude!!! Horrible customer service in Lawrence Michigan. Items that have been paid for have been delivered to other people and those people are keeping items not belonging to them all because carriers can not read.
