We sent a package to Texas from this location and ran into difficulties that required tracking assistance. The staff here was very helpful despite the fact we had lost the tracking receipt. They looked it up and had a positive attitude through the whole process. Very glad we used this location.

TWICE now I have pulled up to this post office on a random weekday, NON HOLIDAY during BUSINESS HOURS, wasted gas and time out of my day to come here and they have been closed but listed as open online, on their doors and otherwise. TWICE now a simple errand has been made more complicated because they are UNRELIABLE. Don’t waste your time and gas driving here. They probably won’t be open but of course Google and all of their signage will say the opposite! And OF COURSE there’s no customer service number to call and no way to speak with an actual team member from this location. Don’t even waste your time.

Terrible Customer Service.
Should close down & open a new location in Lathrup Village or Southfield.
Who’s the Customer & who’s the Clerk? Are you kidding me? And these Clerks are not kids they are older Adults.
Unbelievable!!!

Fix your flag. How can the UNITED STATES Postal Office have a torn up flag. That is utterly disrespectful and should be fixed immediately.

Had the most un-pleasant counter clerk Ebony in my visit. She is very un-professional and rude. I was taken back by her rudeness and could not believe how she treated me. She needs locked in back area and not at the counter dealing with customers. It’s apparent this isn’t first complaint about Ms. Ebony and her rudeness. It’s a wonder why the USPS has its-bad name lately, people like her don’t deserve this job.
