- JWJessica WeissOct 27, 20255.0I can’t speak for the whole establishment, but Shamea is a phenomenal worker and I really must commend her for how she handled being the only staff, juggling the multiple people that entered the store with different needs. She gave her time and attention and set expectations of how long things may take. Most importantly, she didn’t make you feel like you were wasting her time, which unfortunately has been my experience in many of these situations. FedEx, give this woman a raise she is the model of how all staff should act! Will definitely be coming back to this location.

(we waited 30 minutes) I'm not sure if the young lady was having a bad day but she was curt and rude. 😑Or young women have spirit to be nasty and think it's cute. Either way I went to the Greenfield location to spend my money. The staff over there was wonderful
