As well as previous tenants junk mail being put in our mail box after multiple attempts to have them removed and she still delivers them.

I’ve reached out in person, over the phone and online regarding frequent packages being marked undelivered due to no access when there was access… it was worse during winter every👏single👏package👏that would not fit in our mail box I had to go pick up. No reason was given besides no access. I want to know why it was marked no access when there was access. Amazon, UPS and FEDEX had no issues delivering. Sometimes the same day that USPS apparently couldn’t deliver. Not a single person would look into it. Online customer service won’t even respond to anything. If you go higher up with a complaint they send it back to the basic customer service that doesn’t provide any valuable information and doesn’t care. That’s if you get a response at all. USPS as a whole is not great, if I had a choice I would never use them. This review and all the others will not be heard or cared about and there is nothing anyone can do about it. They act put out and like they are doing you a favor providing this service you have to PAY for.
