- WHWilliam HolmesApr 6, 20261.0If it wasn't for one employee Alex this place would get a five star. There a clerk there that refuse to do his job wont even put his phone down to help you properly. Then when you ask him to do his he tells you to leave. Called his postmaster general and half-hearted promises that the issue will be fixed. But Alex tells you I dont care what my supervisor says I dont have todo my work the proper way. And then no follow through or follow up phone calls from postmaster.

I bring in multiple packages and he leaves 1 package on the scale while he scans every package, showing an incorrect weight when I bring my packages in. It is part of Alex’s job to scan and WEIGH my packages…. That’s why the scale is there. Glenn and the ladies that work there are all amazing, and are wonderful employees to have working for you. Please don’t allow Alex to continue following incorrect procedures. Just to elaborate a little more on Alex, the worse employee at USPS. Alex loves to response by saying, “I will never fired no matter what I do wrong and I CAN GO AGAINST USPS POLICY WHENEVER I WANT”
