Brandon my normal delivery driver decided to once again, let me sit at my house for 7 hours waiting for a signature required package. Estimated delivery was 11am to 1:30PM, which came and went, no surprise. I watched on the map all day his route, he was within 10 miles of the house pretty much all day. 5PM comes around, he is about 1 mile or less from the house according to the map but I see a Fedex truck drive past the house. I refresh tracking info and says sorry we missed you, with a photo of a door tag that was zoomed all the way in showing just the number (obviously on his lap while he is driving past my house). So this dude once again (has happened several times now with Fedex since we moved here 2 years ago) where they claim they leave a door tag and no one was home but they never even tried delivering it. So please, whoever is in charge in the Lansing ship center, get your crap together, talk with your drivers and stop screwing over your customers. By far Fedex in our area is the worse for package delivery, not only are they consistently late, packages come looking like they were dropped down the grand canyon and they do crap like this, lie and say they attempted delivery when they did not at the same time wasting our entire days waiting for signature required packages to be delivered.
