Now I’m stuck in the line and can’t get out and have to wait for you to quit screwing around twiddling your thumbs for 20 minutes. You’re better off driving to the post office in EL than wasting time coming here because they’re closed half the day for “breaks”. Maybe have more than one person start working the damn window. Especially the week before Christmas.
